West End Bowls Club Carvery Menu

 

On Saturday 29th October 2016, we enjoyed catering again for the Ward End Cons Bowling Club’s end of season award ceremony, which was held at Maitland Hall, 550 Washwood Heath Road, Ward End, Birmingham B8 2HF.

The award ceremony with seventy one guests attending was organised by Adam Weaver, who with his event organising team decided on one of our three course carvery menus.

A selection of three freshly made starters, followed by a delicious carvery, and finishing the meal was a choice of three of our yummy desserts.

The award ceremony was enjoyed by everyone who attended, and we received a lot of great feedback form the guests. We look forward to catering at next year’s end of season bowling award ceremony.

 

The Award Ceremony Dinner Menu

Starters:

  • Prawn Cocktail with brown bread & butter
  • Homemade Cream of Tomato Soup served with a freshly baked bread roll
  • Pate of the day served with Melba toast and caramelised onion

 

Carvery:

  • Roast Bronze Turkey
  • English Roast Beef with Yorkshire puddings
  • Served with roast potatoes, creamy mashed potatoes, cauliflower and broccoli Mornay, sage and onion stuffing, seasonal vegetables and a tasty selection of gravies and sauces

 

Desserts:

  • Profiteroles with Chocolate Sauce
  • Cheesecake with Fruit Coulis and Cream
  • Cherry Crumble and Custard
