We love catering for parties, so we were delighted when Sam and her parents decided to use our catering services for Sam’s 18th birthday celebrations on Saturday 15th October 2016.

 

 

Sam’s birthday party was held in the Regency Suite of the Norfolk Hotel, which is conveniently located along the Hagley Road, just a couple of miles from Birmingham’s Bullring.

 

Sam invited over two hundred of her friends and family members, to her birthday celebrations, and for her catering, she decided on one of our delicious three course carvery options.

Starters:

  • Cream of Vegetable soup served with a freshly baked bread roll
  • Breaded Mushrooms with Garlic Mayonnaise
  • Pate with Melba Toast and Caramelised Onion

 

Mains:

  • Roast Turkey
  • Roast English pork with Crackling or Honey Roast Gammon
  • Roast Beef
  • Roast Chicken
  • All served with roast potatoes, creamy mashed potatoes, cauliflower and broccoli mornay, sage and onion stuffing, seasonal vegetables and a selection of gravies and sauces

 

Desserts:

  1. Platters of Desserts served to the table
  2. Profiteroles with Chocolate Sauce
  3. Chocolate Fudge Cake
  4. Cheesecake and Fruit Coulis
  5. All served with pouring cream

 

We can provide one, two and three course carvery options along with themed menus to suit every type of celebration or promotional event.
