Using the local market in Birmingham is turning out to provide us with the freshest of ingredients, there’s a vast array of different suppliers, who despite the early hours, are always happy to see us and we’re always spoilt for choice.

Using great British ingredients, but there’s also some extra special ingredients that have to be imported for the themed menus to get the authentic flavour.

We couldn’t believe that we were able to find ingredients such as purple carrots! They may appear on your plate soon.

Lovely Sandwiches
Just a quick email to say that we have now completed the final day of training for which we needed lunch provided. I would like to thank you for the lovely sandwiches delivered in a very timely way.
