British Turkey

We were approached by British Turkey to provide free samples for the 3 counties fair in Malvern. We were provided with British red tractor assured turkey and they asked us to make Turkey Bolognese, which contains half the saturated fat compared to beef.
Come and see us during the 3 day show, we will also be making turkey burgers, cooking turkey sausages and steaks for you all to sample for completely free and even have some recipe cards for you to try at home. All the turkey we are using is readily available from your local supermarket.
